Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 2 to 3 celery sticks
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 small tomatoes or 1 box cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1/4 c. Jack pepper cheese
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. apple
  • 20 (1-inch) Jicama strips
  • 1 small can garbanzo beans
  • 1 c. wax beans

Instructions

  1. Shred lettuce and cabbage.
  2. Cut in small pieces celery, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and apple.
  3. Grate carrots and cheese.
  4. Cut Jicama into 1-inch strips.
  5. Wash beans off.
  6. Add all together and serve with your favorite dressing.
