- Heat a wok or large pot until hot.
- Add a small amount of oil to coat the bottom.
- Add cabbage, onion, and celery and stir-fry until about half done.
- Add sliced sausage rings and continue stirring over high heat until sausage is heated through.
- Add V-8 juice, beef broth, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Cook until heated through.
- Thicken the mixture with cornstarch dissolved in a little of the reserved beef broth.
- Heat through again.
- Add sesame oil just before serving.
- Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
