Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pounds cooked carrots, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Saute sliced green pepper and onion in oil until tender.
  2. Add tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and vinegar to the pan.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Add cooked sliced carrots to the mixture.
  5. Simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve very warm.
