Ingredients

  • 2 cups medium white sauce
  • 1/4 pound grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can shrimp, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can lobster, drained

Instructions

  1. Add the grated sharp Cheddar cheese to the medium white sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Mix the cheese-enhanced white sauce with chopped hard-boiled eggs, drained mushrooms, drained tuna, drained shrimp, drained crab meat, and drained lobster.
  3. Place the combined mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Bake or serve as desired.
