Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved and boned
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sesame seed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken crosswise into 1/2-inch wide strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix well to create the marinade.
  4. Add chicken strips to the marinade and coat them thoroughly.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
