Ingredients
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped fine ⓘ
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice ⓘ
- Juice of 1/2 lemon ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes ⓘ
- 1 lb. cooked (steamed) shrimp ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix chopped garlic, green pepper, onion, celery, mushroom soup, cooked rice, lemon juice, parsley flakes, cooked shrimp, melted butter, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the top with grated Swiss cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
