Ingredients
- 3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce ⓘ
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained ⓘ
- 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn ⓘ
- 10 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped onions ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped red or green peppers ⓘ
- 1/4 cup smoked barbecue sauce ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic ⓘ
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot or crock-pot.
- Cover and cook for 35 minutes on the stove or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours in a crock-pot.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
