Instructions
- Mix flour, garlic powder, and pepper in the slow cooker.
- Trim beef and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Add beef to the flour mixture and toss to coat well.
- Add mushroom soup, water, and onion or mushroom soup mix to the slow cooker.
- Mix well to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3.5 hours.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
- Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
