Ingredients

  • 1 Tbls. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs. boneless round steak
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can of water
  • 1 envelope onion or onion/mushroom soup
  • 9 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, garlic powder, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Trim beef and cut into 1-inch strips.
  3. Add beef to the flour mixture and toss to coat well.
  4. Add mushroom soup, water, and onion or mushroom soup mix to the slow cooker.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3.5 hours.
  7. Stir in sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
  8. Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  9. Serve over rice or noodles.
