Ingredients

  • 16 oz. loaf French bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 9 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
  • 2 boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the ends from the French bread loaf, then cut it in half and hollow out the insides.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, chopped celery, dried parsley, chili sauce, lemon juice, drained tuna, and boiled eggs. Incorporate the hollowed-out bread into the mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed bread halves, reassemble the loaf, then wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. To serve, cut the stuffed bread into slices.
