Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened and creamed
  • 3 packages artificial sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except raisins and nuts in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add raisins and pecans and mix gently.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until brown.
