Super Patties are flavorful, juicy beef patties seasoned with vegetables and Worcestershire sauce, perfect for quick dinners or casual gatherings with a crispy coating.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 slice bread, finely broken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • fine bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the fine bread crumbs and oil by hand.
  2. Shape the mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.
  3. Coat each patty in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry the patties in oil over medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
