Supper Boats are cheesy, savory stuffed bread boats with flavorful hamburger and melted mozzarella, perfect for a hearty, family-friendly meal served with dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 lb raw hamburger
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon Accent
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Mix together the evaporated milk, hamburger, cracker crumbs, egg, chopped onion, Accent, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Place the bread on foil and fold the foil up around the sides of the bread.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Slice the baked bread and serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
