Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Boston lettuce

Instructions
