Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 5 oz. Swiss cheese, diced small or grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small rib celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt or Vege-Sal
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
  3. Pack the mixture into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans.
  4. Bake a large loaf for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, or 2 small loaves for 1 1/4 hours.
