Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 1 pod garlic
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/4 lb sausage
  • 1 large can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 1 lb grated sharp cheese
  • 1 lb wide noodles

Instructions

  1. Chop and mix the bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, ground chuck, and sausage.
  2. Combine chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, shoe peg corn, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix both mixtures together and cook as spaghetti.
  4. Add chopped black olives, 3/4 pound grated sharp cheese, and cooked wide noodles. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Top with 1/4 pound sharp cheese before serving.
