Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. noodles
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can green or ripe olives
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. or less grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 piece celery
  • 1 lb. ground round

Instructions

  1. While the noodles are cooking, sauté the ground beef, chopped onions, chopped celery, and garlic in a large skillet until the meat is no longer red.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, cream-style corn, and half of the grated cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  3. Mix in the olives and combine well.
  4. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour.
