Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch red leaf lettuce
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables; put in a salad bowl.
  2. Add mandarin oranges, feta cheese, and cooked bacon that is crumbled up.
  3. Make dressing, then toss with other ingredients.
