Tuna-Macaroni-Cheese Bake

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and rinse.
- Stir celery into macaroni.
- Place half of the macaroni mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Flake tuna into a large bowl.
- Combine salt, white pepper, and shredded Cheddar cheese with tuna.
- Sprinkle half of the tuna mixture over the macaroni layer.
- Repeat layers: first macaroni, then tuna mixture.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in flour along with remaining salt and white pepper.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream and chicken broth.
- Return to heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
- Pour sauce over the layered mixture and dot with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until the sauce turns golden brown.
