Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. can light tuna packed in water
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Flake the tuna with a fork in a medium bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion, celery, and parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine nonfat yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and mustard.
  4. Mix the yogurt mixture into the tuna and vegetables until evenly distributed and well moistened.
