Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 3/4 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee mini ravioli
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onions, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in shortening in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
  4. Add sliced carrots, water, and remaining salt to the skillet.
  5. Add the canned mini ravioli to the mixture.
  6. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
