Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can string beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can chili seasoning
  • crushed red pepper
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, brown the ground beef.
  2. Add the chopped onion, canned string beans, stewed tomatoes, chili with beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, sliced carrots, and diced zucchini.
  3. Cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
  4. Add crushed red pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Continue cooking on low heat for an additional 20 minutes.
