Instructions
- Melt margarine in frying pan; add mushrooms, walnuts and onion and stir until almost cooked.
- Stir in seasoning and bread crumbs. Stir in eggs and mix well.
- Let mixture get cold.
- Shape mixture into cutlet shape or rounds.
- Dip in flour, then egg, then flour and pan-fry until golden brown.
