Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box broccoli
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a pan.
  2. Mix the cornbread mix, egg, chopped onion, cream style corn, grated cheddar cheese, and melted margarine in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
