Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 1/3 c. chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. diced dill pickles
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 cans (1 lb.) pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in cooking oil until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato juice, chili sauce, diced dill pickles, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
  3. Combine well and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Bake in a 325°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
