Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 cup Burgundy wine

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. In the same skillet, combine the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat thoroughly until bubbly.
  3. Stir in the flour to thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve the beef mixture on buns.
