Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1/2 lb. sausage, sliced
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 large zucchini
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry hamburger, bacon, and sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic powder, and pepper; cook until onion is tender.
  3. Slice zucchini thinly and season this layer.
  4. Layer sliced zucchini over the meat and onion mixture, then flip to combine.
  5. Add another layer of sliced zucchini, season, turn, and brown.
  6. Mix Cheddar cheese into the cooked zucchini mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Drizzle spaghetti sauce over the cheese and seasonings.
  8. Reduce heat, cover, and cook until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
