Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups grated zucchini

Instructions
