Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and diced ⓘ
- 8 to 10 small onions, sliced ⓘ
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed ⓘ
- 1 1/4 tsp. mustard ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 3/4 to 1 c. vinegar ⓘ
- 1 can lima beans ⓘ
- 1 can kidney beans ⓘ
- 1 can pork and beans ⓘ
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 1 can green beans ⓘ
- 1 can Great Northern beans ⓘ
- 1 can black-eyed peas ⓘ
Instructions
- Put onions, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and garlic powder in a crock-pot and heat until sugar melts.
- Add the cooked bacon and all the beans to the crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, then reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 3 hours.
