- 1 tsp. cornmeal ⓘ
- 10 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust ⓘ
- 8 oz. can prepared pizza sauce ⓘ
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini ⓘ
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion ⓘ
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into rings ⓘ
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into rings ⓘ
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or 13 x 9-inch pan with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and press it into the greased pan.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Arrange sliced mushrooms, zucchini, red onion, and bell pepper rings over the sauce.
