Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. cornmeal
  • 10 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust
  • 8 oz. can prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into rings
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into rings
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or 13 x 9-inch pan with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and press it into the greased pan.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Arrange sliced mushrooms, zucchini, red onion, and bell pepper rings over the sauce.
