Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen gnocchi
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 slice honey-baked ham
  • 1 medium size can peas
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. basil spice
  • 2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
  • 2 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 6 to 8 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except zucchini) well with a fork.
  2. Wash zucchini, slice them while wet, and flour the slices.
  3. Dip 1 or 2 zucchini slices into the egg mixture at a time, ensuring they are completely coated.
  4. Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a baking dish and bake until golden and cooked through.
