- 1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans with molasses sauce and bacon ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained ⓘ
- 3/4 cup ketchup ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion, green pepper, and minced garlic in water until vegetables are tender.
- Combine cooked vegetables with drained lima beans, butter beans with molasses sauce and bacon, red kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and sliced water chestnuts in a large bowl.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
