Ingredients

  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces small cooked spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (17 1/2 oz.), drained
  • 1 small can chopped ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Brown onions, green peppers, garlic, and ground beef until tender and meat crumbles.
  2. Add cooked spaghetti to the meat mixture and mix well.
  3. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in drained corn, chopped olives, and grated cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Top with additional grated cheese if desired.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
