Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. frozen green beans
  • 1 1/2 c. broken spaghetti
  • 4 c. beef stock
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large casserole, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and olive oil. Microwave on High until the meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
  2. Drain excess fat from the mixture.
  3. Add frozen green beans, broken spaghetti, beef stock, tomato sauce, sliced mushroom, bay leaf, parsley flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the casserole.
  4. Cover the casserole and microwave on High until the spaghetti is cooked and tender, approximately 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
