Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. hickory flavored salt
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
  • 3 medium chopped onions
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili hot beans
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tss. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small potato

Instructions

  1. Use 4-quart saucepan.
  2. Add oil and brown meat.
  3. Add and saute peppers, onions, garlic and celery until tender.
  4. Add other ingredients and simmer 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Mash potato and return to pot.
  6. Make adjustments desired.
  7. Amount not used may be frozen.
