Ingredients

  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender container.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Chill the gazpacho in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve in chilled glass mugs.
