Bourbon Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato paste or 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 small jar stuffed olives (cut or whole)
  • 1 small pkg. wide cut noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute meat and vegetables.
  2. Add soup, cooked noodles and remaining ingredients.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
  5. Serves 8.
