Ingredients

  • 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/4 cups cranberries, chopped in half
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli (tops only), separated
  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cranberries and 1/3 cup sugar; set aside.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cranberries and sugar mixture to the salad and toss well.
