Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 small bell pepper
  • garlic salt
  • celery salt
  • marjoram to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Accent
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger, onions, and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Cook potatoes and carrots until almost tender.
  3. Add cooked vegetables to the hamburger mixture along with the seasonings.
  4. Mix flour with water and add to thicken the stew.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 30 to 45 minutes, adding more water as needed.
