Calamondin Bread

- Wash about 12 calamondins, cut into halves, seed, and puree in a blender.
- Put the calamondin puree in a large bowl and add sugar, chopped walnuts, eggs, milk, oil, salt, raisins, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Mix until well blended with an electric mixer, about 4 minutes.
- Add the flour and baking powder all at once and mix only until blended.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 75 minutes or until the loaf tests done.
- Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn out on a cake rack to cool.
