Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1 head cabbage (red, green or a mixture of both), chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped (grilled looks best)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 pkg. chicken sesame-flavored Top Ramen noodles (uncooked)
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. sliced, roasted almonds, cashews or mixture of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Break up dry Top Ramen noodles (do not cook).
  2. Toss.
