Instructions
- Mix ingredients in order: shortening, white sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: plain flour, baking powder, soda, salt, oats, rice Krispies.
- Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix well.
- Chill the dough.
- Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
