Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 or 4 olives, finely chopped
  • 3 or 4 sweet pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
  • dried beef (optional)
  • parsley (optional)
  • walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except optional ingredients. Cover and chill about 8 hours.
  2. Form into a ball and roll in very finely shredded dried beef, parsley, or chopped walnuts.
  3. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
