Chicken A La Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • oil
  • 2 tsp. mashed fresh garlic
  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. white wine
  • pinch of rosemary
  • pinch of chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Quickly blanch the broccoli in boiling water and remove from water.
  2. Place the broccoli into a baking dish.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and butter to the broccoli.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
