- Cook the chopped onions until tender, but not browned.
- In a small bowl, blend the flour, salt, and pepper.
- Add the soup mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick and bubbly.
- Add the drained mushrooms, diced cooked chicken, frozen peas, and pimiento to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
