  • 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 5 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl, blending well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
