Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets ⓘ
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped onions ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 c. red wine ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. oregano ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. basil ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams ⓘ
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained ⓘ
Instructions
- Thaw fish if frozen.
- Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.
- In a large saucepan, cook green onion, onion, and garlic in hot oil until tender.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add fish, shrimp, and undrained clams.
- Bring just to boiling, then reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
