- Heat oven to 375°.
- In large skillet, cook onions and peppers in butter or oil until tender.
- Stir in parsley flakes, oregano, pepper, salt and garlic.
- In large bowl, combine eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, corn and the cooked vegetable mixture (onions and peppers).
