Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot and add chopped onion.
  2. Cook and stir until the onion is light yellow.
  3. Add diced cooked chicken, diced potatoes, diced celery, and chicken stock; simmer until the vegetables are tender.
