Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, soy sauce, minced onion, eggs, dried parsley flakes, garlic powder, corn flake crumbs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls the size of a large olive and place them on a cookie sheet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a crockpot and heat on medium.
