Ingredients

  • pie crust
  • 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz.) package assorted frozen vegetables
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook onion and potato in water, covered, about 7 minutes; drain off liquid.
  2. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, and pepper.
  3. Cook until bubbly.
  4. Stir in frozen vegetables and tuna.
  5. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  6. Cover with pie crust and bake as desired.
