Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced ⓘ
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1/3 cup milk ⓘ
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) package assorted frozen vegetables ⓘ
- 1 beaten egg ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook onion and potato in water, covered, about 7 minutes; drain off liquid.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, and pepper.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and tuna.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
- Cover with pie crust and bake as desired.
